“I drove all the way from Indianola to Cedar Rapids to track down my package. I’m studying abroad and my flight leaves in less than 24 hours and my Visa package with my passport was still at FedEx in Cedar Rapids. A worker named Trish was the kindest, most genuine, hardworking person I’d ever worked with! She was so accommodating and understanding of the situation, and she went absolutely above and beyond to try and help my dad and I find my passport and Visa package. She called people from all over trying to find workers who could help retrieve my package. I’ve never met someone so determined and selfless in my life. She’s absolutely terrific and so were the other workers taking time out of their day to help me when they did not have to go to such lengths. Not only did Trish do everything she could to help me- But she was more than happy and eager to!!! She smiled so brightly at us telling us to think positively and would come in with good news and optimism. Her smile and care for customers is what the world needs. Needless to say I was beyond satisfied with FedEx’s help and I advise everyone to stay away from the U.S. embassies because they are the worst. Thank you Trish!”

“The process to receive a package from DHL online is bit clunky and a little concerning with the potential fraudulent emails. I went directly to your office at the Cedar Rapids Iowa Airport. Shirley is what customer service should be like. Very friendly and explained everything very clearly. I’m at the end of my career in sales. Customer service like what Shirley gave me is exactly what all sales people dream of for our customers. Well done Shirley.”

“I had a very large, heavy package that I had to return to an online vendor for a refund. I was outside struggling to maneuver the box toward the store entrance, very awkwardly when a nice young man came out of the store. Noticing I was struggling a great deal. He asked if I needed help getting the package inside. I was huffing and puffing and so Thankful for the assistance! I am a sixty year old woman with a bad back, but I live alone with no assistance. So I knew I just had to figure it out, even though the box said Team Lift on it. I followed the young man into the store. He took the package and I right up to the counter. In less than five minutes he had scanned my return label, assured he would check for any missed labels and would retape the corners of the box, which had ripped loose because of my rough handling of the package. Whew, what a relief! Unfortunately. I did not catch the store employees name, but he really made my day! There are really kind souls left in this world! Thank you!”
