“I highly recommend this location for any of your convenience store needs. I am lucky enough to work across the parking lot and I have been a frequent customer. The staff members are friendly, professional, and helpful. They have a great variety of hot and fresh food items that you can grab when you’re in a hurry. It’s always clean, including the women’s bathroom, and if ever something is running low, as soon as you tell the staff they address it. Thank you to all the staff for treating me so kindly at every visit!”
“Staff is ok most times.The prices use to be great not so much anymore now that everybody goes to their stores. The fried chicken tho is absolutely horrendous worst I've ever had I can literally fill a cup to the rim with greasy/water liquid the taste is awful and slimy feeling”

“Shout out to Sandy!! She's a sweetheart!! She was so nice, and had the coffee bar all stocked up and looking great!! She gave me a free coffee because it had just reached it's max time and she had to dump it out. I didn't have time to wait for the fresh stuff. Had some pizza too, and it was fresh and delicious! This location always has great food and coffee. One of the best Pilot's we stop at.”
“Seeing some of the reviews I was a bit worried, but it was over nothing. I got the same old Casey's pizza. When they said it would be ready it was, and they got me through the checkout despite a crowd and only two employees at the counter. Won't hesitate at all to order from this one again.”

“Nice Kwik Star here toward Downtown Waterloo, IA. When I walked in, there was a ton of hot food & bakery items. The store does have a unique layout. A 4pk of Cake Donuts here is 3.49, which is a saving when compared to Casey’s or Hy-Vee. I got that 4pk of Cake donuts, a 32oz fountain drink, and a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Croissant Sandwich. The staff were very friendly. The total was 8.71 after taxes. This place does get busy so be aware. Keep up the good work, Kwik Star #380!-Shy_Gun670”

“As usual the ladies were very nice, bummed you didn't have any regular wings, you make them very good there. I had to take one star off because of the shower absolutely zero water pressure. I could stand in the rain and get wetter than that.”

“Daniel is the best in there. He has positive attitude. Also very helpful and I’ve seen him go above and beyond for myself and other guests that come in. But I took a star off because I don’t like most of the rest of the staff. I’ve seen too many poor attitudes, poor customer service skills, and also poor communication skills. Luckily, I don’t know their names.”
“There's a fresh new resturaunt in the Rear of the building that makes practically everything you want with different items on the menu everyday six days a week. The prices are great/low and the servings are not half stepping.”

“Good little Casey’s! 2 pump station(so 4 gas pumps in total) and a little small. I came during lunch hour on a week day and was a bit disappointed in the availability of the hot food, but for the size of the town, it was definitely adequate! The staff were super kind and quick to help, and the store looked clean and maintained. Good place to stop if needed.”
