“I bought my most recent used vehicle from Barrett Auto Center and have to say, the whole experience was a complete pleasure. There was no haggling on price or pressure to buy the after market warranty (it was pitched but I passed). The finance associate was unavailable the day I went to buy, but they sent me home with the vehicle and a full tank for gas to come back the next morning and close the deal. They also gave me a fair value on my trade-in. But the most impressive thing was that when I discovered a bad ball joint on the vehicle 2 days later, they split the overall repair cost with me. They had absolutely no obligation given the "As-Is" warranty, but these folks know that their reputation matters, and they took care of me. I definitely recommend you take the drive to Glenwood if they've got a vehicle you're interested in.”
