“Kwik Star used to be a guarantee for fair gas station prices, but that' changed dramatically. For soda, they are the only GS whom doesn't do two-for deals with Pepsi products. And they had the raw nerve to change their king-sized candy bars from $3.29 to $3.99 - and in one day! The old $3.29 price on one item was left out as proof.. Really?!? A 70 cent mark-up for a candy bar in one day?!.. Also, to top everything off, the lady working there late night is condescending.... Come on KS! Get back to the fair-priced GS you always were.. Dang!”
“This store was immediatly courteous with greetings and very clean bathrooms. One dude was doing deep clran and when i asked the manager if that jad mayo for my food , he told me they were out but let me get cupped condiments off the bar. Great store! Thank you”

Sometimes, I have my groceries carried to my car, and for this, I always tip a few dollars, nothing life changing. I was surprised to learn that tipping is quite rare. Bigfoot sightings seem more numerous.
You know a few dollars can really help those kids out!!”
“Easily one of my favorite Kwik Stars. I always stop by when I’m in Polk city (which is to often for my wallet) but non the less always a great experience. They always have a good selection of food and the staff is always wonderful.”

“Vantastic Kwik Star, this is a large property with room for any size rig or RV. Parking lots were clean, well maintained, well lit and fairly level. The store and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Great selection of coffee, drinks and grab-n-go food. I had full bars of Verizon 4G LTE Roaming.”
“I stopped by for a Diet Coke on my way home. I'm a member of Hy-Vee's perks program, so I appreciate the $1 medium sized sodas. The store was clean and well-stocked. The employees seemed to be hard workers and efficient, professional, and friendly. This is a busy location.”

“Awesome experience. My family lives in Nebraska and needed somewhere to change and a quick bite for lunch before driving home. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My mom felt like a couple tornados and they had no problem whipping some fresh ones up. My hands were full and an employee even helped me carry all my items to the register. Above and beyond customer service, very impressed!”
“My favorite Casey’s! As a woman who drives to work very early in the morning - it is dark and this is my go to. Very safe, clean, and employees are super helpful. Jose is awesome and always makes sure I am taken care of.”

“Quick trip is the best gas station. There isn't one in Madrid, only Casey's and git n go, and there's no selection compared to quick trip. I mean they had anything I could think of and I dread going to the Casey's where I live because they never have anything different or even good and at QT I got an ice cream cup for 1.99 which is 4 bucks cheaper than when I go up in Madrid. I think it's time quick trip cubes give Casey's a run out of this town so we can have somewhere we don't have to spend so much money on stuff we really don't even want. Thanks QT for being #1”

“They carry nearly anything one would need while on a trip, and it's within easy walking distance of the hotel. Good selection of local brews, ice cold. Never thought I'd be such a fan of "gas station food", but the Blackened Chicken Mac & Cheese is nothing short of delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful if you're looking for something specific.”

“Great Food and Service, Minor Hiccup with Ordering
My experience with Casey’s Pizza was overall very positive. I started by calling in my order, but the automated system was a bit of a hassle—it got confused and made the process frustrating. Thankfully, once I got through to a real associate, placing the order was smooth and easy.
I ordered a pizza and chicken tenders. The wait time was reasonable, and when I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-organized the facility was. The customer service was excellent—friendly and helpful throughout.
The food was great, and I’d definitely bring my family back here again. If they could improve the phone ordering system, it would be a five-star experience.”
“The model of what all Casey's should be like. The parking lot and store are clean, everything is well-stocked, nothing is broken for days, and most everyone there is kind, helpful, and Not a Jerk. In fact, I'll go out of my way to go to this Casey's, they're so awesome. Oh! And I don't get charged $.63 for ice water bc I buy other things there. You know, things that *aren't* a little ice and tap water.”

The cold sandwich items seem just a little better than some of the other local Casey's locations in town. I personally prefer the Chicken, Bacon, Ranch Wrap from this location. “I got gas and paid at the pump, so I can't attest to in store. Here's what I do know. I hate answering 50 questions when I pay at the pump. It's Iowa and it's cold out- Just give me my gas! I wish the pump could hear me, because he would just give me my gas. I'm usually rude to the pump, because I am freezing my a$$ off answering questions. Just give me gas after I pay. Please”
