“If you're looking for a quick in and out service this is the place to go. Kudos to the guys in the shop, while I was waiting they told a customer that she didn't need her oil changed because she still had 25% oil life left in her car. These places always seem to get a bad rap for doing un-needed services so I thought this was important to share!”
“I went here for my synthetic oil change. Service is always great. Love that I can wait or get shuttled elsewhere. There are always free hot drinks and sometimes sweets. The waiting area is big. I can go anywhere for my oil change, but I always choose Toyota. My car is a Toyota, so they know my car well. I love the video inspections, recommendations, and my fluids are always topped. For what I got for it is really worth it. Online will usually have a $5 off coupon or sometimes they will mail home a $10 off coupon. The people there are honest, trustworthy, and experienced. I can take my car there with confidence and know that they will not try to cheat me. I can trust their advice and service. Every visit comes with a car wash card at Tommy's Express. Considering the package I'm getting from the service, advice, top off, and car wash, it's really worth it. Other services may be more expensive, but you can pick and choose what you want done or take their recommendations and go do it yourself or elsewhere. I love Toyota and my next car will probably come from there too.”
“Could not be happier with my experience at Toyota DM and working with my rep Todd Fiechter. Todd made this process very easy and quick, I test drove a car on Thursday and took it home Friday afternoon. No pressure from anyone when going over numbers and they got me more for my trade in than I was expecting. Riley was also great during the delivery process showing the different features of the car.
