“Received a damaged product. Didn’t ask for or pay for assembly but it came assembled. Obviously a floor model. Their solution was I bring it back to get a new one (had it delivered) or wait another week as the only option for them to deliver a new one. No other options.

“The garage doors we ordered were perfect. They came pretty quick considering they were custom. The quality is great. Sales and service were easy to work with and very efficient. Price was consistent with some other companies but the extra warranty offered separated them from the rest. Would highly recommend.”
