“This was one of the best services I have ever received in a body shop. I showed up half an hour early because my prior appointment was a lot shorter than I expected and I was filling willing to just wait until the appointment time but they ended up getting me out before my appointment time even came around. The gentleman behind the counter(I believe his name was Pete and he may have been the owner) was so kind and understanding about me being apprehensive after an awful last couple visits to my former oil change shop. They were kind, knowledgeable, fast, and obvious took pride in their work. I will be coming back.”

“The fellas at Burch are fantastic! They were able to fit my car into the schedule after my A/C needed some unexpected attention. Had it diagnosed and repaired within 48hrs, which is impressive given they’re a small operation. Joe was patient and answered my questions regarding the diagnosis and needed repairs. He was upfront and honest, I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything unnecessary. I asked them to inspect the transmission fluid while they had the car. He said while it was showing some signs of age and could be changed now, realistically it had another 10K miles before it became a priority. Saved me from spending an additional $400. My car is coming here from now on!”
“Love this place I’m out of town or driving through multiple states and stopped at a Dodge dealership and they didn’t have room for the next day or two Christian Brothers took me right away. They made room got me in and out in less than 10 hours with the electrical issue with my ECM and they were fairly cheap too compared to a dealership that I stopped! Highly recommend would use them again if I’m in the area!”

“My Toyota was struggling. They ran a diagnostic and showed what was needed from immediate to sometime in the next few months. Oil changes and tire rotations are great but finding a good mechanic that can find and fix problems and give you some timelines meant a lot to me. The best part was how fast they worked. My car would have been out for a week at some of the other garages but these guys knocked it out within 24 hours - a huge relief with my chaotic schedule. The Willard’s are the best. I won’t go anywhere else.”

“I went in for an oil change. I've never used Jiffy Lube before today. The guy who greeted me was friendly. He started the work on my truck after I pulled it into the bay myself. But then he disappeared. I went into the lobby. Which was cold and kind of messy. I saw several employees just standing around. I wasn't there for long . But I do feel like it wasnt very professional. Especially after the girl asked if I wanted to pay my bill. I asked her if they were done and she said yes. I said to her I didnt see anyone put the oil in my truck. The next thing I know is the girl who took my payment is out there putting what I assumed was oil in my truck. Not one of the guys who are dressed for this type of work were there to do it. Just standing around watching as the girl is doing their job. There are atleast 6 guys working there today. I dont think I will go back.”

“I brought my BMW X7 to CBA because the front tie rods were frozen and BMW of Des Moines wanted $1,500 to replace them. CBA was able to unfreeze them using a little heat and lubricant and finished the alignment job for $199. Great service and willing to take a little more time to complete a job correctly and cheaply.”
