“Caliber really seems to have their process nailed down. We needed to bring in a work vehicle for a repair that was being covered by insurance. They explained how the process would work for the repair and how coordination and payment would work with the insurance company. The whole thing was seamless. “Been going to the Jiffy Lube in Grimes for some years now, have always had the best honest service done, as well as greatly priced and quality work. Edward, the now lead mechanic, has been there since before I started getting work done. He has always maintained a very honest diagnosis while nicely explaining things to me if I lack knowledge on it. I would recommend Grimes Jiffy Lube to anyone and everyone. If possible I’d give more stars!”

“First, before I had even gone to them for service, but had made an appointment, I got an email wishing me a happy birthday. I got there on my appt date, a bit early, and they took my car to get a start on it. I sat in the customer area, which was clean and organized. They brought my car back through the return area of the entry part. While i was waiting, I got a video of my car inspection. I've never had this kind of service before. I'll be back.
