“I went there to get some ice cream for my mother. She was in the Care facility. at the one in Pleasant Hill. I set there and ask for some spoons For ice cream and this guy who was making. The sandwiches was very rude and was yelling at me. I ignored him then one of the workers that was up front came by and gave me some spoons for me and my mother and the lady that was. There she was very polite and she says I'll have your mom in my prayers. I was floored.”

“Today, I went to hyvee gas station to get me some thing to eat for lunch around noon. I was craving for BLT. I asked a lady in the kitchen if she could make me a BLT.? Without hesitation, she said “I have never had anybody asked me that before. Yes, I will make it for you.” She also brought it to me when I was looking around waiting. It was the best BLT I had ever eaten. And she always has a smile on her face. Thank you!”

“Only dislikes .....Not a 24hour storeAnd expensive.Staff cannot decide if they accept digital coupons or not. It depends on the shift/ who is working. No complaints at all though”

“Thank you for making sure that you had eggs for your breakfast, pizza and bacon and cheese. It was very much appreciated. On a Saturday morning when I checked two of the Casey's in Knoxville, Iowa and one Casey's at echo valley in Des Moines and all of them are out of that stuff kudos to the kitchen manager. I appreciate it.”

“Always clean, stocked with energy drinks on sale the majority of the time, pizza is always quality, took one star off the the registers, almost always have one broken, down or only tap to pay. Seems like a Casey’s thing as most stores have the same issue. Still a great place to stop”

“Just what you'd expect from small town Caseys.Friendly employees who are eager to chat while they take care of you at the counter.EXCELLENT Pizza service. We ordered a bunch of pizzas to have with our kids and grandkids, they had them ready in a surprisingly short time, and they were prepared perfectly. The fuel pumps could use some updating, they aren't equipped with chip readers, and had trouble reading our new cards. Thanks for taking care of us while we were in town.”

“Casey’s pizza and breadsticks are always amazing (the breadsticks are definitely my weakness). The kitchen staff always goes above and beyond to make the order perfect especially with my allergies to certain foods. The customer service is absolutely amazing and will always recommend the East Casey’s in Indianola

Kid-friendliness: The employees always interact with my 2 year old son (which he loves) he is always smiling and laughing”
