Lol I had an 11pro max with no more memory that was running super slow and affecting my ability to do quick business. He brought me up to speed with technology and also helped me make informed decisions on accessories for my phone - I ended up getting a wallet case, car charging attachment that goes on your air vent, and one for my room that is also a magnetic type deal that charges through the case. Also got protectors for my screen and cameras. Everything has been flawless including the process of transferring things over and getting the phone set up - I couldn’t be happier.
