“Contacted CR Toyota yesterday about bringing my 2020 Tundra in for 5k service. I have a 1 yr 15k Toyota PrePaid Service Plan that I received from Hiland Toyota in Moline when the truck was bought 3 months ago. The service staff on Thursday put in my VIN and saw the Plan and had e said they would honor it. On Friday I traveled to CR and went into the service area, showed them my vehicle info and the service plan. They rotated the tires as planned and then I was presented with a bill for $19.71 for labor. I call the Moline dealer and was told I should not be paying anything. I have called CR Toyota and talked to the receptionist, service staff, the finance department. All forwarded me to someone else or was asked to leave a message. Many messages left and no calls back yet. This is my 3rd Tundra and am not seeing much incentive to purchase my next one from CR.
