“Was traveling from Georgia to Minnesota and decided to get gas and a snack. Ended up buying some delicious chicken sandwiches and fried chicken as well as some iced coffee. Was my favorite gas station on the whole trip to MN and back home. Lady at the counter was super nice as well.”

“I didn't know kwick star had brats so I get one i load it with ketchup i am so excited to eat this brat didn't think i could get any happier then the guy who checked me out i think his name was rex was awesome i had to put my card in like 3 times kept messing up and rex didn't make it akward at all and was funny the brat was a 10/10 cant wait to go back and get another one”
“I usually pop in here at least once a Cedar Falls visit. This is the only place my sister buys milk and cream. But, there's so much more to browse through here: coffee from local roasters, homemade baked goods, cheeses, farm-raised meat, maple syrup, Iowa wine..... I was so surprised by the wine packs (like adult juice packs). Some were more than portable and included a lanyard. Fun place. Reserving five stars for when I try their ice cream.”

“Love this place. If you like gizzards its the best place I've found outside of the south. Make sure you get them fresh, like just came out the oil as you would with any gizzard order. The large is 9oz and enough to fill a big guy. Their regular chicken is very good, not huge like KFC.”

“We have always had a great experience with Dillavou. Today we called to get a propane tank refill since we were only 25% full and were hoping to get filled this week. We were beyond impressed when they were at our home filling our tank less than an hour later. Great customer service!”

“Current worker here! Despite what the one other person said, no one here actively talks on the phone unless absolutely necessary. There is only one worker here, who only works around around 15/16 hours at this store, can be a bit rude. Everyone else however have great customer service skills. I work the most out of everyone else here (35 currently) and try my best to be helpful and nice. Our management is great here as well so know that you are giving your money to people who genuinely cares about their employees. Our restroom is probably one of the cleanest and well kept out of most of all of them and is 1 private restroom. We are also known for some of the coldest drinks, as our in-wall coolers are kept at 31/32 degrees. Know that we do not sell any liquor. Do have something you need? We have a suggest box! Or just ask an employee to let our manager to get somethings. Edit since this seems to be a problem, I can ONLY give back 25¢ if the air pump isn’t working. Managements rules. So please don’t get mad at me when I’m not the one in control of it. Just remember; if it doesn’t work the first time it most likely won’t the second.”
“I stop here almost everyday. All the employees that work at this location are top notch! They are always friendly and helpful! I have arthritis in my spine and they know how to pack my items so it’s easier for me to carry!”

“There was a guy that worked here many years ago that used to just comp us hot dogs and chew after 10pm. When we graduated we got him a greyhound dog because he loved NASCAR. Always had Boyz II Men playing, he always took a lot of crap for that but he didn't care, and i respected that. Anyway, does he still work there? Im competing in the hot dog contest at Coney Island and I just wanted to tell him.....thanks for the inspiration......we did it buddy!”

“Daniel is the best in there. He has positive attitude. Also very helpful and I’ve seen him go above and beyond for myself and other guests that come in. But I took a star off because I don’t like most of the rest of the staff. I’ve seen too many poor attitudes, poor customer service skills, and also poor communication skills.
