The owners are very personable and willing to answer any questions you might have. They just reopened the downstairs market and there are plenty of vendors to peruse. Called earlier this week because my 15- year old shower tower would not regulate water temps, and my plumber was unsuccessful in finding a new part. Explained the problem to designer Emily and she had a solution within days— a replacement part from the manufacturer at no cost! Really outstanding customer service—Many Thanks!”
“Went on a Sunday, and they were staffed EXTREMELY well, even at 11am. Staff was available as needed and not pushy. We was able to wander until we found all our items in our list. We then had David, who was in clearance section, handle all our transactions. TALK ABOUT EASY PEASY! Everything was easy to do with him, he communicated about options, including delivery, and with one swipe of our card, WE WAS DONE!”

Staff was very kind ..it was the first time shopping w a small child and he was a bit overwhelmed by all the amazing Toys IE wanting to grab etc
Their verbiage was really kind to us “please be gentle with the toys we need to sell them to someone !” Vs “stop playing w the merchandise “ or something else that could of been totally mean.
I was impressed by that I’m new at this parenting thing so made me feel good and want to buy more and be more mindful when shopping ..

I visited many furniture stores but got hooked on Ethan Allen for their service, hospitality and made to order products. It took about three visits to finalize my order but when it arrived, with my designer meeting me at my new home, I was completely thrilled with the final outcome. Since the quality is high, I don't know when I will be back since I expect it to last a long-time; however, I recommend Ethen Allen to anyone who wants to make an impression on his or her guests.”
