“Wonderful,amazing customer service!!!! My Cpap machine stopped working on Saturday and I called the next day, just thinking I would leave a message and hear back on Monday, but the lady that answered their answering service was Wonderful. She got ahold of the on call lady and after talking me through some troubleshooting she determined I needed a new power cord which she brought to me that day, she even was willing to drop it off at my mother in laws house since I was at work so it wouldn't be sitting out on my porch all evening. Everyone I have met working with this company has been super sweet and very knowledgeable. Thank you all for everything.”
“I went in today without an appointment to pick up an emergency pair of compression stockings (I have a procedure and the hose that I ordered from another company did not come in time). They were extremely helpful with the fitting and showed me the best way to put them on, wash them, etc. I'm overall very happy with my experience! They were kind, helpful, and got me in and out quickly. The shop dog was also so adorable and made my day.”
“Above and beyond service. Even made a Sleep doctor appointment for me, within hours, just to help me out and get me what I needed. I was a walk in, but both the manager, RT and nurses treated me like I wanted to be treated; respectful, thoughtful and thorough. We found them to be knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and let us know the most economical ways to get the things that we needed. Nigel (the owner) also tuned up a used scooter that we bought from a private party for free. They are wonderful people and we highly recommend them!”
