“We used Miller Nursery during our initial landscaping in 2016, and have visited them often since then. After ten years we needed to refresh things and, of course, we visited Miller. Kathleen, a designer, visited our home and helped us come up with a plan. She was also on site during the two day project. We want to give a special thanks to Matilde and Antonio who did the actual work. They’re the kind of helpful guys you hope to meet. Thank you Miller Nursery in Johnston.”

“I can't thank you all enough for helping me with surprising my fiance for Christmas! BEST customer service ever! (He's no longer annoyed 🤣)”

“I needed another gallon of ‘Ready Seal’ stain and protector- color “Natural 105” to finish my deck. I ran out. I saw online that your location had several in stock. Drove there and was shown where they were in the store. Just like your website said. Saved the day for me. This is a VERY important service to have right on your website. Stores like Lowe’s NEVER have what they advertise online, and their employees always say “Yea, you can’t go by what you see on the website.” Just another reason I trust ACE Hardware. Highly recommend. Thanks!”

“Walked in not expecting to buy anything and not having any experience with plants. I was greeted right away by the owner Miss. Noel! She was very kind, answered all of my questions, and now I’m a proud owner of my first Cactus! A lot of good looking plants, pottery, and moss. Definitely recommend checking it out.”

“This greenhouse is consistently well stocked, has huge selection and competitive prices. The quality of plants is worth paying a little more than the box stores. As expected, supplies dwindle by early June but you can still find most plants you may want.”

“Amanda, Ike, and the other lovely lady whose name I forgot at the order pickup counter were absolutely fantastic! Honestly, I’m convinced the three of them run on Orange Monster, leprechaun magic, and unicorn energy. 🧡🍀🦄 The vibes were immaculate. Home Depot needs to keep these three together at all costs. 10/10 customer service. Give these people a raise, a lifetime supply of Orange Monster, and maybe a few leprechauns and unicorns for backup.”

“I was just at the garden center and had the most helpful young boys. They went above and beyond and I want them to be recognized. It is hard to find good help these days and someday I would love if these boys worked at my company.”

“We are in the market for some arborvitae’s, we called and spoke to the owner. He was VERY knowledgeable. He helped us compare the two varieties we had in mind by telling us in detail the pros and cons of both, similarities and differences. He had very comparable and competitive prices. We weren’t rushed off the phone, he took the time, explained everything, answered questions and we never felt pressured to make a quick decision. Highly recommend!!”

“Needed some rough cuts done on a piece of plywood. I've been used to being disappointed by my service but not this time. Walter, absolutely knocked it out of the park. Was precise and helpful. Could not recommend this Home Depot enough.”
