“I went into store for some parts at closing time and Glen the assistant manager went to work for me and I was very impressed! I drove from ames to knoxville to pick up a truck for work and to find half of the lights didn't work! I found two relays melted down in panel. The computer showed the store had them but none on the shelf. Glen proceeded to search every box thinking so.eone put them in wrong spot and sure enough he found what I needed. My experience from other stores at quitting time is "nope we don't have them"But not Glen! And I would like to thank him again! What a asset to a company he is! Alot of people could learn from him how to give good customer service! He saved the day and a wasted long trip by putting a little extra effort in his job!”
