“The staff do not understand the difference between BP rewards and quick and handy rewards. I tried to explain simply would not listen at all and so I lost out a 25 cents per gallon. I have this issue every time I come to this gas station. When I try to explain it they it look that like I'm stupid. Not the cashier's fault that the company hasn't taught them but as a customer I'll never get to use my BP rewards at this location which is the closest one to me. There's BP rewards then there's quick and handy rewards two different types of rewards.”

Even doors walking in were clean from top to bottom. Would eat food from here as they most likely wash their hands if they take such pride in cleanliness. Thanks!”

When I have run into hard times and been late on payment he has worked with me on getting back on track by either waving late fees or by giving me more time.
