“I use the Williams Blvd UPS store often and I am called by name when I visit, I have had shipping issues no fault of the store or workers but they whenever needed go above and beyond to help however they can, and if I receive an order I'm not happy with, they make sure it's shipped back out with no hesitation, they have a great team and I will continue to ship/receive with that location. Thank all of y'all for making Me feel welcomed.”

“These guys are the best. Always extremely helpful with my occasionally complex packing and shipping requirements. I highly recommend them. Great service. Never any problems.”

“I'm a regular here and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always kind and helpful. I would recommend getting passport photos elsewhere, though, as I was told my photo had too many shadows on the face when I went to submit my renewal. The photo area is parallel to the big window, which can leave half the face pretty shaded, depending on the light outside.”

“Good service, but it's location has created a few problems. The tree adjacent to the box, I believe a Patmore Ash, tends to get upset while one deposits mail. The tree, lets identify as Pat More(gender neutral let's say), sees people depositing the mutilated bodies of potential offspring. Wear safety glasses around this box.”

“Staples is my go to place for paper supplies and computer ink. However, I always leave with more than I had intended because something always catches my eye.”

“Lisa was so helpful today, during our call. She suggested something I hadn’t thought of and helped solve my problem. The kindness of others truly meant so much to me today. And also, to have someone answer the phone at a post office-this does not happen in Colorado!”

“The 5 stars are for the staff employed by CVS who's customer service was exemplary while helping me at the in-store UPS drop off point. I had pre printed a shipping label prior to bring my package to CVS for drop off. For some reason the label refused to cooperate when they attempted to scan it. I was planning on flying back to Phoenix in the morning and did not have room in my luggage for the items nor did I have access to a printer to print a new paper label. It was also 9pm making CVS the only location in CR open to accept drop-off packages. I was desperate since my flight in the morning made it impossible for me to drop off the package. The employee patiently coached me through the sequence of steps from buying a new label on line to printing it via the Kodak photo kiosk (which cost $0.29 to print) and finally helping me tape it to the package and ensuring it was ready for shipment. This easily took 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete. The employee was knowledgeable, professional and personal, all while being a genuinely good soul. They young man working the front register on January 11th around 9pm deserves to be recognized for displaying the character traits every company should strive for. Unfortunately I don't know what his name was but I truly hope this review comes to the attention of his superiors and he is given the recognition that is often taken for granted or never publicly acknowledged after the fact. His integrity demonstrates his dedication as an employee and speaks to his values and character as a human being ans and was a breath of fresh air... Thank you so much for your help! Keep doing what you're doing because it's totally working! The travel RN”

“Lee- THANK YOU. Your store deserves more 5 star reviews because of your problem-solving abilities and your true customer care.Situation: $300 "honey wagon" (43 gallon poop tote on wheels for camping) needed to be returned. First, note that it was sent by free shipping from Amazon via FedEx. EVERY carrier we went to said it exceeds the formula of dimensions plus weight to be able to do a normal, fee-free return. It would have cost me OVER FOUR-HUNDRED DOLLARS to return it because it exceeded standard shipping for USPS, UPS, and Fed-Ex, yet it was delivered by standard shipping by Fed-Ex. Figure that one out. Since the box was unopened, Lee at Pak-Mail suggested we do a return-to-sender, which in his opinion was about a 50% chance of rejection, based on its size, but NO COST to me to do it or have it get rejected (and if rejected, sent back to my house). I went for it and it WORKED and I got refunded by Amazon!! THANK YOU LEE!!!!!”

“I came in and accidentally bought the wrong kind of stamps and their computer system wasn’t letting me return them. Their customer service team stayed after 5 to help figure it out and then came in early the next morning to finish resolving the issue. They went above and beyond:)”

“Honestly these folks were life savers. Rye and Dillon (probably spelled these wrong sorry you guys) are the absolute best. Long story short we had to ship almost an entire apartment on the fly. Rye so so Incredibly helpful over the phone and Dillon got us in and out so fast. I was expecting it to be a total pain but they made it so easy and were werehelpful and reassuring thank you to the both of you”

“This Post Office is great and the employees do work harder here than most locations. It’s the people in line that are intolerable. I have heard some of the most ridiculous questions.. zero chance I could hold my composure behind the counter if I had to deal with some of these people.”
