“Regarding my personal experiences @ this store Krystal .....this woman is amazing and goes above and beyond to help a customer er in a time of need. Thank you Krystal!!!”
“The girls working were excellent! Very knowledgeable on situation. Kristin hopefully I spelled correctly fixed my phone quickly and gave me much information on what was happening to phone. Apparently big hacking and and all. Her co worker was busy making sure store was looking good and very personable! Was excellent going to this location as usually I go to Anson and Center St. location. Believe they changed were I will go now. Thank you girls!!!”
“Had a great time working with Heather on switching over to T-Mobile and getting my mom the new iPhone. Cost is much better than what we've been paying elsewhere and service seems just as good. I will say though we came in on a Friday and it was pretty busy so we had to wait a bit.”
“We were previously with US Cellular for 18+ years for our cell phones. When we decided to shop around for a "better deal" and save money we choose Cricket. We love Cricket. Honestly, there is NO difference between US Cell & Cricket. None! In fact the phones are just as good, customer service is great. The only difference is what we pay. $80 for unlimited Everything including fees and taxes at Cricket. That's it!! US Cell was $135.00 and we did NOT have unlimited after being customer's for over 18 years. We tried to see if we could get a better deal but there isn't one. Everyone should go to Cricket. Just because it's not a "big" name people shy away and don't think it's as good as the others. That's what we thought and we were wrong.”

“I took my iPhone in because the SIM card had failed, and José installed an eSim that solved the problem immediately (and at no cost!). Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, excellent!”
“The whole staff was fantastic! Set up my new phone. I needed internet which was easy to set up! They were passing out flyers on my street so I went out and told how much I appreciated them. Then they came inside to make sure my internet was working with my computer.
Great group of young adults!!”
