“T-Mobile is annoying because no one in the store can help with anything other than seeking you products. The service side has all went to online and ai. The service with the cell phones is sub par and the home internet is even worse. I’m switching to starlink for home internet because I’d rather pay a few dollars more and have a service that actually works.”

“I was returning my router because I canceled my service to try something else. They were very professional. Only a couple people ahead of me. They quickly got me taken care of and gave me a receipt for my equipment that I turned in and told me I had a $5 check coming to my address in the future.”
