“I never thought I’d be compelled to write a review about a shipping store, but Mailboxes Iowa City is a unique store. They have truly excellent customer service, which seems to be rare these days. Their prices are very reasonable and I’ve never had issues with a package shipped from them.”

“Stopped in for the first time today, wasn't sure if I was going to be able to ship without a label printed or item packed. The place was running like a well oiled machine, everyone super professional and knowledgeable, friendly attitudes. Our mail is handled through the Coralville office who routinely makes errors and will not answer their phones. He physically went out and figured out where it ended up and placed at my door. I am so appreciative!”
