“I went to the new store Baumgarners ( probably not gr right spelling ,but it was just after 12:00 noon and the cashier was rude and didn't give me my receipt. Although the young man working in the back near the chickens who was sticking shelves or something like that he was super nice and helpful , he got my chicks and took the time to answer my questions I had about what they needed . He is a real positive about the new store very nice and helpful. Was thinking of how nice they have a great garden section hope to come here more often until I got to cashier then said oh well maybe not. I don't like to do business with companies who have rude cashier's.The only reason I gave you all a 4 is because of the young man working in the back near the chicks.”

“We shop in 2 different walmarts. The one in Oskaloosa and this one. We prefer this one. Especially when a cashier that works there is all smiles and a happy person to be waiting on you. Her Name is Latosha Bledsoe. We look for her when we are at the ottumwa store. Always a smile for everyone. More cashiers are needed that smile and greet you as happy as she is.”

“hey try the new order online pickup app!! pretty cool if you kinda know what you need!! we tried it for the first time. click and order style!! and pay online too!! the app tells you when it is ready to pick up. and then you check in at the parking lot in the app with the orange parking area parking space number! they bring out the cart with all your items!! all ready to go!! you inspect the items, and ok the order and you are done in less than 5 min!! NO KIDDING!! why spend over an hour during prime time shopping hours with screaming kids!! if you know what your want shop at home!! click the order and drive over to pick it up!! pretty cool time we live in!! I bet drone delivery from Walmart will be next!! I hear they are testing that in the large city's with amazon!!”

“They allow trucks to park here which was very helpful in doing my shopping. Groceries, stationary, cleaning products. Stuff for my puppers. A little busy at the self-checkout every time I've been here, guy checks receipts on the way out the door. Nice Walmart.”
