“A local bank that ways greets you with a smile and calls you by your name. They even know if you want a receipt or not for the transaction. There are two drive up lanes as well as a lane for the atm machine. You can so access the bank lobby and one of the tellers from inside if you want. Easy to do business with and very professional. I would highly recommend them over many of the big banks.”

“First time coming to this Wells Fargo after dropping the kiddo off at school sadly they did not open till 9 AM and the physical card that I had was not able to be used at the ATM because I am waiting for my replacement. while walking back to my car one of the workers told me that I could use the ATM and I explained to him my situation of a stolen wallet and waiting for my new card. Well he made my day!!! He explained to me how to add my new card I haven’t even received in the mail yet to my digital wallet all from the Wells Fargo app and be able to scan my phone at the ATM to deposit the cash I had needed into my account! Now I have money where it’s supposed to be and am on to the next mom errand of the day all before 9AM! How sweet and thoughtful of him to help a customer out before even getting in the door to his job! You can tell the workers here truly care about their customers!”

“After calling customer service 3 times and getting total run a round, I went to the closest branch location. I walked in, really wanting a good confrontational employe to give me some attitude. What I got was a nice greeting when I walked in. There was a person at a desk right at the front door. She seemed to know everyone that walked in. Turns out she was the branch manager, Annie Johnson. She took the time to address my issues, got involved and fixed the issue I was having all with a smile. Made my day that there are helpful people still in banking.”
“This has got to be the best bank branch of all time. The customer service that I get here is awesome. They are always happy to see you and chat with you. A couple of years ago they had an ice cream machine, no joke. Now they have different flavors of coffee such as pumpkin and caramel. About a week ago they had some fresh baked cookies for the customers. Is this a bank or a free yummy store? Maybe both. I've been banking with Wells Fargo for over fifteen years and I will always bank with them. I will always go to this branch to see what sweet stuff is up next.”

“I was trying to open an account and continually got denied no matter where I went. I gave it one last ditch effort to apply at 3a for Linn Area Credit Union. I left in the memo a couple details about my hard times, closed my computer - cried and felt like a failure. ( how I always feel in regards to money ) I wake up and the first thing I see is Krystal's message, and she outlined every reason why this is happening to me, and how to fix it. Krystal knows her stuff, has iconic customer service standards, and she's a hero in my book. I've been pulling my hair out for years & doing everything I can to build my credit and get out of debt, but not having a bank account is a hurdle I just can't climb.
