“Contacted CR Toyota yesterday about bringing my 2020 Tundra in for 5k service. I have a 1 yr 15k Toyota PrePaid Service Plan that I received from Hiland Toyota in Moline when the truck was bought 3 months ago. The service staff on Thursday put in my VIN and saw the Plan and had e said they would honor it. On Friday I traveled to CR and went into the service area, showed them my vehicle info and the service plan. They rotated the tires as planned and then I was presented with a bill for $19.71 for labor. I call the Moline dealer and was told I should not be paying anything. I have called CR Toyota and talked to the receptionist, service staff, the finance department. All forwarded me to someone else or was asked to leave a message. Many messages left and no calls back yet. This is my 3rd Tundra and am not seeing much incentive to purchase my next one from CR.

“They do a great job here. I've used them for almost 10 years with different vehicles. Only downside is this place is always super busy so even if you have an appointment it could be awhile before you get your car back. Be prepared to wait”

“Really impressed with this shop.. our first visit for a tire repair and they had us in right away. Did a once over on our vehicle and explained everything helpfully, advised on rear shocks but encouraged us to schedule an appointment for a full courtesy inspection on our 01 LeSabre. Quoted the shock service and new tires with no pressure.
A WWII veteran drove his vehicle to their shop for service at the same time we were there (you read that right) and we watched this business honor our service veteran with a courtesy bill and then literally escorted him out of their building.
We will gladly return for future business.”

“The Fleet Farm Gas Mart is located as a separate facility and business and is in front of the main store. One bonus is that my Fleet Farm purchase included a 4 cents/gallon discount at the station. One could argue that in times of high gas prices that 4 cents is trivial, but sometimes every cent counts. Since my Dad and Grandfather once ran a gas station, I still notice design features, cleanliness (both at the pumps and bathrooms), inside mini-mart selection and service, and of course price. This station checked all the boxes and was a fine fill-up (and pit stop) experience.”
