“I would give a 1 Star review but tasha was awesome. I really appreciated her patience. Only issues I had was with previous carrier, and the manager. he was kinda rude, he said 5g sim cards are not compatible 4g phones which is not true, 5g sim cards are backwards compatible. Which is why your phone drops from 5g to 4g to 3g to 2g when you're in a area with bad signal. He almost caused more problems by trying to charge me double because they don't have refunds on activation fees, so be careful with that.”
