“I generally do not bother leaving reviews, but the experience really stood out here so I thought it was worth sharing. This was our first visit to Peosta Automotive, and the takeaway was simply appreciation for the time and effort Nick put into helping us identify and solve our issue. He spent time talking through the issue on the phone before we even decided to bring it in, and he took time in the shop to troubleshoot and determine what was actually wrong rather than guessing and trying a bunch of things and running a bill up. Great communication and honest service - kind-of rare to find a lot of times anymore!”
“Went to J’s on a referral from another tech. I thought they only worked on hot rod trucks. Took my car there for an exhaust leak. I had an appointment and they got me in on time. Had my car fixed very fast and didn’t suggest unnecessary repairs and services. Charged me a reasonable fee for the service and were very friendly.
Will definitely go back for additional service.”

“We did business with Tricia at Gerhard’s Dubuque Store for an extensive bathroom remodel. We were overwhelmed with the choices available! And we weren’t sure what would serve our needs best. Tricia spent a lot of time with my husband and me, putting a “package” together that would work well in our new space. She made a huge task much easier for us, and was patient with us as we tried to make feasible choices. Our bath is not complete yet, but we are confident we have quality fixtures. I would recommend her, especially if you’re not sure what would serve you best. She educated us. You don’t get that at a big box store!”

Richardson Motors has a massive inventory, their staff is honest and they don’t peddle junk cars, hidden fees or add ons.
They have all the resources to drive a car home from that very same day including real plates, competent detailing, highly competitive financing options (they beat my credit union’s rate which I’d never seen anyone do before) and they make sure every car leaves the lot with a full tank of gas.
This is a very good auto dealer and they are worth your time.”

“Great place to deliver to, they gave me a door right away and I was unloaded within 1 hour. I don’t know if allowed but the lot is big enough to park overnight if you want to get unloaded first thing in the morning.”
“I ended up breaking a strut on my way home went over a bridge closer by them on Route 5, got towed there an they were all very nice at the shop, the mechanic was very friendly and mentioned that he could fix the one strut that was broken, but by the time I would make it home I would have to fix the other one do I ended having them fix both sides. I wasn't expecting them to get me in right away, but I am greatful they could an back on the road, they were very fast about finding the parts very quick an getting it fixed an was able to get me back on my way home asap! Even though I had to sit for a couple hours they kept me in the loop about what was going on. Thank you for all you did I greatly appreciate it!”
