This was our first visit to Peosta Automotive, and the takeaway was simply appreciation for the time and effort Nick put into helping us identify and solve our issue. He spent time talking through the issue on the phone before we even decided to bring it in, and he took time in the shop to troubleshoot and determine what was actually wrong rather than guessing and trying a bunch of things and running a bill up. Great communication and honest service - kind-of rare to find a lot of times anymore!”
“Went to J’s on a referral from another tech. I thought they only worked on hot rod trucks. Took my car there for an exhaust leak. I had an appointment and they got me in on time. Had my car fixed very fast and didn’t suggest unnecessary repairs and services. Charged me a reasonable fee for the service and were very friendly.

“We had agreat experience with Delaney's Auto and Ag. We called to see if they could help us out with a flat half an hr before closing on a gorgeous Saturday. By the time we could get the spare on and get there it was past closing, but he repaired our tire and got is on the road quickly. He refused to take extra payment for the afterhours, no appt. service. The price was already less than I expected! I am beyond grateful. (The delicious ice cream afterwards was an added bonus!)”

“We did business with Tricia at Gerhard’s Dubuque Store for an extensive bathroom remodel. We were overwhelmed with the choices available! And we weren’t sure what would serve our needs best. Tricia spent a lot of time with my husband and me, putting a “package” together that would work well in our new space. She made a huge task much easier for us, and was patient with us as we tried to make feasible choices. Our bath is not complete yet, but we are confident we have quality fixtures. I would recommend her, especially if you’re not sure what would serve you best. She educated us. You don’t get that at a big box store!”
