“The work done here is second to none. The attention to detail, patience and expertise is all you could ever ask for in a body shop. The demand is at all time highs but the work here is top tier quality.A body shop is something you don’t think about until you need it from some sort of accident or need.If you are in the local area and need body work, this is where you want to come.I won’t go anywhere else now that I have been here and seen the work. Thanks for all you do!”

“Who knew car dealerships employed honest and transparent sales representatives? I recently experienced the most stress-free exchange of new vehicle information in my life. I posed a question and received a direct response. No evasive answer or misleading statement, unlike my encounter with a local KIA representative. Our time is valuable, and nobody appreciates being given the runaround. I highly recommend Matt at Finnin Kia in Dubuque, Iowa - honest, responsive, and forthcoming with clear answers!”

“I’m from out of town and had an emergency with a tire on my RV. I was referred to tandem by the Meineke dealership in town because they did not have my size tire. Austin set up an appointment for me within an hour, took care of my warranty that covered the tire, the tech that replaced my tire answered my questions completely. And I was on my way in an hour and a half. They were a blessing to me and I would highly recommend them.”

“Great service and great people! They give helpful advice regardless of price because they want you to make the most informed decisions. I’ve been coming here since I first got my license and will go here as long as I can. I’ve heard horror stories from places in Dubuque and such. The only improvement I have to suggest is to change the station to something less negative and polarizing than the news.”

“Went to J’s on a referral from another tech. I thought they only worked on hot rod trucks. Took my car there for an exhaust leak. I had an appointment and they got me in on time. Had my car fixed very fast and didn’t suggest unnecessary repairs and services. Charged me a reasonable fee for the service and were very friendly. Will definitely go back for additional service.”

“The Tandem staff got our vehicle in right away and had the car back and road-ready that same day. Stellar service. We had a situation where my son called me at 5:26 in the morning to say his wheel fell off his car out by the DBQ airport. Huh? Yep. It just fell off and sheared off the bolts that were hold it on. After spending about 90 minutes helping him for the wheel in the dark, we called a tow truck to have his vehicle towed to Tandem. I chose to have it towed to Tandem because I thought they would be quick about getting the vehicle put back together and they were. The wheel was not salvageable so they had to find a new matching one and they did so quickly - probably not an easy feat for a 2003 Jeep Liberty. My son needed the car to drive to Davenport for work and Tandem got him back on the road as quickly as possible.”

He is very fair on his pricing too.”
