“Contacted CR Toyota yesterday about bringing my 2020 Tundra in for 5k service. I have a 1 yr 15k Toyota PrePaid Service Plan that I received from Hiland Toyota in Moline when the truck was bought 3 months ago. The service staff on Thursday put in my VIN and saw the Plan and had e said they would honor it. On Friday I traveled to CR and went into the service area, showed them my vehicle info and the service plan. They rotated the tires as planned and then I was presented with a bill for $19.71 for labor. I call the Moline dealer and was told I should not be paying anything. I have called CR Toyota and talked to the receptionist, service staff, the finance department. All forwarded me to someone else or was asked to leave a message. Many messages left and no calls back yet. This is my 3rd Tundra and am not seeing much incentive to purchase my next one from CR.

“Good experience here getting my BMW aligned. Many places in town won't even align BMWs due to their needing to be weighted which most shops aren't equipped for. I asked them if they would align it if I weighted it myself and they said no problem. I gave them custom specifications to account for some non-stock components and they algined it well. “Every time I need tires or tire services done, this location never disappoints. I started going here after another tire shop tried to pull a fast one on me but I know how to maintain my own car and knew they were being dishonest. I have purchased several sets through 5 seasons and have always been pleased with the results and have been able to trust their opinions and their recommendations.
Today, I needed a tire looked at and they took care of me right away and were, wait for it, actually nice and pleasant to work with. I didn't feel like my problem annoyed them or that it was too small a job for them to waste there time on.
You should definitely consider what they have to offer if you are in the market for a good set of tires. I'm glad the other shop made that mistake because I'm much happier going through 5-Season Tire. They are reasonably priced and we have put many miles on their products with no complaints.”

“Very rarely do I take the time to write a review but these guys deserve it. Their pricing, customer service, and their warranty ALL were top notch. I won't hesitate to give them more business or recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their car, in the future. If you are interested, here is the back story. My sons 2009 Honda civic was having issues starting and an intelligent guess was that it was the starter (yes we had the battery checked). But we always seemed to be able to eventually get it to turn over and then it would work for 2-3 weeks without out issue. 6 months later, (when everything else in my life seemed to want to break) it finally died, and I mean nothing, but a strong click happened. Would have replaced it on my own BUT Honda decided to hide it up underneath in an impossible place. Honestly, the car needed to be lifted WAY up to get to it. So, I reluctantly called around for quotes. First couple calls scared the bejesus out of me. ie; $$$$, other places wouldn't even give me a quote over the phone, told me to bring it in (and this is AFTER I told them the car wouldn't start...) eventually I found Automotive Service Evolution. After explaining my issue to them and what WAS happening, there was enough confidence to at least go with the notion that it was the starter. The quote (Half of most places), the conversation and the reviews online gave me the confidence to give them a go. I had the car towed their (thank you State Farm emergency roadside service plan!), they worked on the car on the scheduled day, paid the quoted price, and car works as promised.”

“We ordered new tires on the Sam's Club app this afternoon, and they had a 5pm appt available. We showed up a little after 4 and planned to drop it off and kill some time at dinner and shopping. They had our tires all ready to go and had it done at 4:45! Our last two sets came from Costco and discount tire, and both places didn't even start on our car until two hours AFTER our appointment time. We'll be back for sure!”

“Out of state working. Our F350 broke down in a McDonald's parking lot. It needed to be towed. Called and spoke to the owner Weston, who not only handled calling a tow company for us, but got us diagnosed, repaired and we were back on the road the very next day. We own a food trailer and had to be at an event the very next day. Weston, the owner, said if he needed to he would drag our trailer to the event so we could work!! OMG!! God really blessed us when we found his shop! Price was very fair and his employees are outstanding! They went way above the call of duty to make sure we were well taken care of! If you are out of town or local do not go any else! You will not find the kind of service this shop provides!”
