“I highly recommend working with this bank. It’s not just a bank, it’s the people that make the bank a great personal experience. Response time is outstanding. They are very professional and caring people. This by far has been a better experience than the large chain banks I have worked with.”
“Something was wrong with the steering on my truck. I walked into the Sibley location and was pleasantly greeted by Mike Appeldorn. He patiently listened as I explained my issue. With no hesitation, he suggested we go have a look at it. In just a few moments he easily spotted the problem, a potentially dangerous one, caused by negligence on the part of an incompetent alignment company (Not in this area). Mike did not waist any time taking care of me and I was back on the road in no time at all.”
“I enjoyed the store very much. I recommended to anybody everybody in the store is caring and they also want to make sure you have everything you need. They will help you if you need help. They’re just so friendly. Let me change that I love the Store and the two guys at work in the morning and at night if you’re not familiar with the store, stop by and get to know them they are blessed men OK”

“We hit some debris on the road into Rock Rapids and one of our tires went flat. It was a Saturday morning and they were busy, but he dropped everything, patched up the tire, and we were on our way again. We very much appreciated the awesome service!Service: Tires”
