How awesome is that for customer service!Thank you Hy-Vee for hearing us and making it right. We have updating our rating accordingly.Twice now (within the past few weeks) we have asked the employee working if the diesel fuel was a winter blend. The first time the employee said he didn’t think so and the next time (same employee) said he “Believed” so. If anyone has ever had a diesel engine gel up on the side of the road….You better know for sure.The employees working need to know 100% if it’s a winter blend and it needs to be posted on the fuel tank or inside at the register.”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
