“Hats off to manager Jason and associate chrystele the both modeled what customer service should be ..I purchased an Arlo doorbell camera 2 years ago , last year the doorbell camera started giving me black screens so I took it into Best Buy. They exchanged it and told me that the warranty would transfer over to the new One. today I went in to take the doorbell camera back in for the second time because it was doing the same thing and the associate told me that the warranty did not transfer and I told her that the previous associate from last year told me that it would. I told her I wasn’t leaving until I spoke to the manager. The manager came over right away. He assisted me and went ahead with a full exchange. I appreciate them both going above and beyond to make this experience great I left a happy customer , a satisfied customer.”
