“We recently visited one of the corporate Verizon stores in Sioux Falls and upgraded from the Pixel 7 Pro XL to the Pixel 10 Pro XL. The phones were not in stock and were shipped to our home address. Because of where we live, we were advised that we could take the phones to the Sunnybrook corporate Verizon store in Sioux City, IA to have the data transferred from our old phones to the new ones. Today (02.24.2026) we went to the corporate store as advised. The gentleman who helped us was knowledgeable, helpful, and got everything transferred with no problems and in a timely manner. He also installed our screen protectors and cases. We were very appreciative and pleased with the service we received today and highly recommend this store and the gentleman who helped us. Sadly, we did not get his name.”
“Every team member I interacted with was pleasant & did not treat me as though I was a nuisance or a bother being in their store & asking for help u like some other big box retailers close by.
It’s more of a pleasant shopping experience when there are several young adults who are eager to help and happy to do so without having to feel like a bother if their face is glued to their mobile phones while they should be working. THIS is why I Love shopping at our local Target store!!!
