“Drew was very kind right off the bat. He knew exactly what to look for and wasted no time completing the service. He was able to explain the problem and reassured me that we will have our problem solved quickly. The system's automatic notifications were also very helpful when I was preparing to have Drew come and service our appliance, so I could make sure that the area was ready for him.”

“Clean, solid store, like all the Kohl's stores I've visited. My only complaint is that they keep changing the layout and it makes it hard to find the pickup area/figure out the checkout. Thankfully, they have helpful folks working there like always, so it's not that big of an issue, just a time-sink. Also, I swear the clearance racks used to have better stuff, but maybe I'm just getting old and nostalgic.”

“The clerks at the station are all really friendly and I also enjoy the free popcorn once in awhile and their sodas are always cold their prices are fair especially the gas prices I found to be among the best in town”
“I have been to a variety of Targets around the country in my day and I am proud to say that our Sioux City Target is awesome. They are always organized and have a great variety of items - always a great selection from beauty products, to clothing, to groceries. The staff is friendly and helpful and the bathrooms are always clean. There is also a Starbucks in this one - and that's always a cherry on top:)”
“Every team member I interacted with was pleasant & did not treat me as though I was a nuisance or a bother being in their store & asking for help u like some other big box retailers close by.
It’s more of a pleasant shopping experience when there are several young adults who are eager to help and happy to do so without having to feel like a bother if their face is glued to their mobile phones while they should be working. THIS is why I Love shopping at our local Target store!!!

“Always fun to go see what's new at Marshalls! Prices are great but some of the items are just so random lol.. have to be in the mood to hunt for stuff though because it's not very timely. Service could use some work as well, like why do you work in customer service if you're going to act like you'd rather not talk to anyone ever in your life.. ?”

I see leadership in her future. She was helpful in getting me a second basket to transfer my rung up items into. She helped me to delete a couple things was overall an outstanding customer service expert. She smiled, was helpful and downright amazing. Thank you so much, Karen. You deserve an Atta Girl!!”

“Fleet Farm has many different types of merchandise they sell in their Sioux City store & it feels like a mega Walmart inside lol. The building is so mega huge it takes a lot of walking in the store to get to point A to point B (good for indoor exercising in the winter) I seem to see mass amounts of diverse things to buy & some are at reasonable prices too. The pet area of the store is large & diverse in what they sell. Clean store & nice friendly employees so far. I haven't yet had a bad experience not once.”

“Pack your patience when you visit this busy location. Yes, the lines are always long due to the constant number of people flowing through the doors. However, the customer service is friendly with workers doing all they can to handle the crowds. I was able to find a cute Yoga Jacket (with thumb holes) for my upcoming fall/winter workouts. The positive attitudes of the workers paired with finding exactly what I was searching for at a reasonable price, outweighed the long checkout time.”
