The place was running like a well oiled machine, everyone super professional and knowledgeable, friendly attitudes. “Feel free to pass this on to Iowa City where the carrier originates. They constantly leave this open after checking it, I assumed it was a careless neighbor but nope, saw it was the USPS mail carrier who couldn’t be bothered. Nothing like letting rain and snow into a mailbox”

Our mail is handled through the Coralville office who routinely makes errors and will not answer their phones. He physically went out and figured out where it ended up and placed at my door.
