“This was my first visit to AE and I'm sad I hadn't visited prior to today! Their selection is incredible and they truly have everything that you are looking for. I needed to refresh my winter coat options and found many options worth considering here - as well as cute sweaters to get me through the rest of winter. “I can’t say enough great things about Jodey and her lovely boutique. We traveled from NC to Iowa for a wedding. 4 hours before the wedding, I realized the dress I had packed was ruined. The boutique was in the hotel that we were staying. I quickly ran down stairs, through her doors and said “help”! She pulled me a full outfit together. “I have been a long time customer for about five years and most all my clothes come from Marne. I have slowly phased out fast fashion and throw away clothes and exchanged them for life long, ethical, beautiful garments. I love Angela (the shop owner). At this point she knows me. I have no idea how she keeps everyone straight but she always knows what will fit and what won’t. I am 12-14 regular and I fit in her clothes! I always feel celebrated and cared for. Staff was very kind ..it was the first time shopping w a small child and he was a bit overwhelmed by all the amazing Toys IE wanting to grab etc
Their verbiage was really kind to us “please be gentle with the toys we need to sell them to someone !” Vs “stop playing w the merchandise “ or something else that could of been totally mean.
I was impressed by that I’m new at this parenting thing so made me feel good and want to buy more and be more mindful when shopping ..

“Let me just start with saying CJ has been MORE than helpful every single time we come to this location. I have never had someone so respectful, mindful, helpful & caring in retail whether it is 4 hours or 4 minutes to close.
In no way have I ever had someone go so out of their way to find different sizes for my hot topic loving 9 year old. He deserves a raise & all of the recognition in the world - if he has not yet been named employee of the year he very much should be!!

“I had such a blast looking through the racks here and found some incredible deals on designer clothes that I usually see for way higher prices. The store was really well-organized, so even though there were a lot of items to look at, it didn't feel overwhelming to find my size in the jeans and jackets section. I ended up finding a pair of high-quality boots and a really soft sweater that I know I will wear all the time. The checkout line moved surprisingly fast for a busy Saturday, and the staff was very polite and wrapped everything up carefully. It is definitely my favorite spot to go when I want to update my wardrobe without spending a fortune.”
