The ladies working 8/18/23 saw I was carrying clothes to try on, politely came to me and took the clothes so I wasn’t carrying them around, and reserved me a dressing room. With perfect timing, they asked if they could grab me any other sizes. The other stores I visited before don’t even compete with how I was treated here. I made sure to call ahead of time to check that I could return online orders in store. The gal who answered the phone was so nice and energized, she listened to me completely and let me know what I would need to bring for an in store return. I ended up having the same gal I spoke to over the phone return my items in store for me. She was even more pleasant in person than over the phone. “The supervisor that was working on the first floor on 10/8 early afternoon was amazing! I didn't catch her name but she helped me with a most likely pretty rare issue I had with customer service about an online order. Customer service sent me to the store and even though there wasn't much she could do on her end she advocated for me to customer service over the phone for quite some time while also managing a busy floor and checking out many people at the counter. I really appreciate it!”
