“Honestly, the best PC repair place you can go to. I had to drive about two hours to get to him, but after five months of my PC being broken — and two other shops doing nothing but updating the BIOS and costing me over $300 — I tried him. I wasn’t even halfway home before he figured out the issue. Amazon shipped him the part the next day, and it was ready for pickup at a very reasonable price. He even helped me over the phone when I was confused about Windows 11. I can’t recommend this guy enough — super nice!”
“I have been using this custom/mostly prebuilt PC for a month now and it works amazing! Cobratype was kind enough to explain and reccomend exactly what I needed as I knew nothing about PCs. I did have an issue figuring out how the lights worked but Cobratype quickly addressed the problem and even helped walk me through how to fix it. Highly reccomend them, picking up at their location was also nice so I didn't have to worry about shipping.”
“Very helpful with a few issues that I have run into as a tech-challenged business owner. They helped switch all of my programs over to a new computer in the past, which was very stressful for me as there was a lot of data that I didn't want lost. They were able to transfer everything over a weekend for me so I lost no time in the office.
Evan just helped me work through a hiccup I was having after a Microsoft update that corrupted a few files, limiting some of the devices I use in the office. We were able to quickly walk through repairing the program and got them back up and running.
They have a great team at Schrock and I would recommend them to anyone needing computer help.”

“Took my print job to the staples near my job but they were rude and claimed they couldn't do what I needed unless I changed formats and.....(not an it person!) Within 6 minutes Jessie at this Office Depot printed out not 1 but 3 jobs for me. All I had to was watch and pay. Lesson learned. Office Depot FIRST and ONLY. Thank you Jessie.”

“This was one of the best bookstores I've been to for a school of its size. Had a great selection of clothes AND novelty items. Came home with a nice bobblehead of Griff! The quality of apparel that was offered was pretty top notch. With the exception of maybe larger sizes, there should be no problem finding anything you're looking for or maybe didn't know you were looking for there!”

“I recently bought an iPad from the Apple Store. Had an awesome experience with Pragulnath! He was patient and personable while helping me sort out a Boost Mobile issue when I was trying to buy a phone. He went the extra mile to make sure everything worked out and even helped me pick out an iPad. This process took at least 50 minutes and he stayed through all of it. Store is overall friendly but could help customers in a hurry.”
