“I just went for the first time yesterday. The facility was clean and very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the individual roomy stalls with a door. I would have liked a little more water pressure, and I will bring my own shampoo and conditioner next time. Theirs was so watered down it was really just water and barely created any suds. I used two full bottles of shampoo and still didn’t have many suds. It was nice that you can use as many bottles as you want. I thought the facility itself was worth the money I paid even without them supplying shampoo. I will go again.”

“Went in today to grab some different food for my pup since he's not been eating well, and when I chatted with a staff member about the issue, he gave me a free can of product to try hydrating my pups food with! It was so kind, and we will never shop anywhere else for our pet products! The selection is great, but the staff's knowledge and kindness will always be the best!”
