They do offer my kind of dog food recommended by the veterinarian but it's so darn expensive. I'm grateful though they do carry it so I do not have to order online or pay for a special order through somewhere else. Pets are welcomed here.

1210 Southtown Dr, WaterlooWe brought in a stray cat, that was never claimed. They did an awesome job getting him up to date, checking him out, and providing me important information. He also got neutered and seems to be doing just fine!
Thanks to them, he is making a comeback! Everyone there seems to be really kind. It was an easy process. We will be back here soon with our other kitten! Thank you!

This wonderful place made it possible to bring her in and be seen. They took the time to explain what was going on with her . They took excellent care of her and got her feeling much better. With medicine and some new food she is almost back to her self again. I want to thank everyone there for seeing her on such short notice and helping her. You guys are awesome and I recommend this place highly.

They are a quick and easy 20 minute session and she actually quite enjoys going. Jess is always sure to give her an extra treat ? Grateful that this is an affordable and beneficial treatment for my Heeler with degenerative myopathy that isn’t a pill. When she was hardly able to walk, I thought for sure I would have to put her down because surgery seemed out of the question, and even if it solved the problem - she’s a blue Heeler so she likely wouldn’t let herself even heal. These therapy sessions on her back make a world of difference in her! She wants to run and play and heard again, she’s being her vocal and sassy self. After about 2 months of going pretty frequently, you can see such a difference in her demeanor and confidence again. She is happy to be alive again!

Dr Julie and her outstanding staff have always been caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate, in everything from routine care right up through the most difficult and even devastating situations. The facilities and services are top-notch and impressively comprehensive for a clinic that is relatively small. It's also very evident that everyone on staff loves and respects cats (as well as the cats' caregivers) and wants the best for them. I will be a client for as long as we live in the area and recommend them highly to anyone needing vet care for their cats.
