The staff are so welcoming and sweet to your babies its like your pet is their own. Loved that.
Got a spay for my kitty and it was reasonably priced with lots of care options.
She was in and out. Not traumatized. Got to be with me ASAP, once they decide she could come home. She was still a happy plucky kitten. A little out of it. But again. Not traumatized.
I later had an emergency with another cat. They picked up the phone at 10:30 at night to help me troubleshoot. I really really appreciated the call.
My kitty is okay tho! ? Your pet will also be in amazing hands.

3260 Logan Ave, WaterlooExcellent staff excellent doctors. Being a truck driver on the road and a long way from home it's difficult when you have a problem with your pet. This wonderful place made it possible to bring her in and be seen. They took the time to explain what was going on with her . They took excellent care of her and got her feeling much better. With medicine and some new food she is almost back to her self again. I want to thank everyone there for seeing her on such short notice and helping her. You guys are awesome and I recommend this place highly.

541 Ansborough Ave, WaterlooWe were referred to Purr-Sonal Care Cat Clinic when our Dobby became very ill. We were driving 1.5 hours each way for his visits. They were wonderful and truly tried to save him even though we were all stumped on what was wrong. Things didn't end the way we wanted, but all the staff there were very caring and compassionate. Several days after we brought Dobby's cremated remains home, we received a sympathy card from them in the mail, everyone personally signed. I will treasure that card forever. I fully intended to reach out and thank them, but i never did, so i will now. Thank you everyone that helped us with Dobby. You are much more appreciated than you know. Thank you for treating Dobby like family and sharing our tears when he crossed over. And thank you for the card, it means more than you all know. ❤️
