The challenging workouts, helpful staff, and strict diet has helped me lose just over 30 lbs! I feel so much better than I did six weeks ago, I can see the difference in my body and I can feel the difference in my health! I owe it all to the fine people at the Waukee Elite Edge gym! I would highly highly highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for that little push to get you over the hump of starting their journey. It is not an easy challenge and I would strongly recommend having an accountability partner to do it with, but either way, in the end it is all worth it to see and feel the results!
