“The gym itself has just about whatever you could want to increase or maintain your physical fitness with 24 hour access included with membership, with access to multiple personal trainers if needed, a budding recovery area, and many apparatus specifically for strong man training.

However, what differentiates this gym from all others is the owner Jeremy. He has manifested a gym experience out of his own personal fitness passion and focus on strength training.

He is at the gym every weekday (and can likely throughout the weekend) where he can be found greeting people by name, helping those that need it, socializing with those who are interested, and making genuine connections.

He offers personal training at different levels of engagement from providing personalized workouts to be completed on your own, group workouts, one on one sessions, and nutritional guidance.

What makes Jeremy standout as a personal trainer is his vast and deep understanding of the muscular framework. This expertise shines as he provides sound advice for both movement adjustments as well as mental focus techniques to help target appropriate muscles and reduce reliance on tertiary ones.”

“I was looking for a private personal trainer when I called Sarah on the referral of a friend. At 49 years old I had no idea where to start but I did know I couldn’t keep up with classes because I needed many modifications. It had been years since I’d worked out. I knew I needed a change and I was finally ready. I decided to invest in myself. Sarah had me come in for a complimentary assessment which lasted about an hour. Her nonjudgmental calm demeanor and great listening skills proved she was right for me. She met me where I was at physically and we started with basics and slowly worked up from there. 2 1/2 years later I still work out with Sarah 2 times a week. I am stronger than I’ve ever been and she’s helped me work through all sorts of challenges that have come up along the way. She always has tons of alternative options if I’m having issues with any muscle group.
