“I’ve been going here for almost two months and to say I love it is an understatement. I am usually kinda terrible at trying new things and actually sticking to them, but the amazing atmosphere in this place is what’s kept me going. The classes are amazing and the coaches are truly the best. So far, I’ve only taken classes with Brandi and Adam, who are both excellent at what they do and they never fail to make the classes fun and exhausting in the best way lol.”

“I was a member at another 24 hour gym in the area and this one is far superior. I’ve been a member for six months and they’ve added two machines in that time. Seems like they consistently get new equipment. The place is really clean and I’ve only had to wait for the deadlift a couple of times.”
“I had a pretty bad experience at the Urbandale Planet Fitness, so I decided to try the West Des Moines location today. I was really impressed! The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. They helped me with everything I needed. They even listened to my complaints about Urbandale and guaranteed a better experience. The gym itself was smaller, but honestly, I liked that a lot because it felt more personal and less overwhelming. Easy access to the machines and no wait. 100% recommend this location. I’ve been to Ames, Ankeny, and Urbandale and none of them were as good as this location. I didn’t even know they were located there until today. Overall, a much better experience and I’m happy I gave this location a chance!”

“My hubby and I were in town for the week and wanted to get a work out in. Trey helped us when we dropped in — he was very helpful and friendly. I ended up taking their strength training class and my hubby did his own workout.
The workout was awesome! Great atmosphere, challenging, and Alec and Trey were encouraging and did a nice job running the workout. Got a good sweat on! Would definitely come back next time we’re in town.”
