“We visited the store on Sunday and Ryan provided professional, thorough customer service. We did not feel rushed and he made certain all questions were completely answered before we left. When we first arrived, there were many people waiting. Ryan successfully welcomed and addressed each person as they came in while continuing to work with his customer. A particular customer was elevated and you could sense the tension, but Ryan stayed cool, calm, and collected and managed the situation with professionalism. His regulated approach diffused what could have been an negative situation. I appreciate the service we were provided and look forward to going back if we have any further questions or concerns. “Not this store's fault, but lots of issues getting new phone and watch. Was there 3.5 hrs and then had to come back due to no Google Pixel 4 watch to be had online or anywhere. I had to buy the Pixel phone ahead of knowing this as they thought it was just a software issue. I was later told there were no Pixel 4 watches anywhere. So now I have to buy a Samsung watch. I would have bought a Samsung phone had I have known that prior. Frustrating. Guys at the store tried to help but were unable to. So now I will have a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL phone and a Samsung watch. Ugh!”
