“Let me tell y’all about this place right here. On a breezy Saturday morning. I sat in my son’s room and stared at his Xbox that had not been working for nearly 5 months. I wanted to take it to the place that previously worked on it. But, they were closed due to new hours of operation. My wife, thankfully found this place. And to my surprise, they not only were able to repair the Xbox for a reasonable price. They fixed it the same day!!! Store opens at 9 am. And I got the call at 10:30 am to pick up the Xbox. It is working perfectly now and my kid couldn’t be happier!! I will definitely be going back for repairs on other technology devices. Thank you CPR. Y’all are awesome in my book!”

“After a horrible 3 part experience at the University Ave location I came here hoping to find a kind, knowledgeable, aware, experienced and honest person. I did! Her name is a Stacey and she was so incredibly helpful. She undid all the wrong done by the reps who fraudulently feature bombed all of my lines and didn’t tell me anything. Thank you Stacey! Cash (at times, dangerous to keep that around), checks, loading onto a prepaid card they have, and others. Several ways to meet one's needs, just ask for your preference. Worth a stop if in need and better than other options imho.”

My phone broke the day before and I needed help connecting my new phone to my t-mobile. I apologized for showing up last min and he didn’t go out of his way to make me feel bad for it. He had a great attitude and mad conversation when helping me. I don’t recommend ever going to a place like t-mobile during the last 20 min tbh but things happen. “We stopped into the store on July 3rd to purchase an SSD drive. Unfortunately, there weren’t many employees available to help, and with the construction going on, inventory looked pretty slim. We wandered around for about 10 minutes before finally finding an employee. He said he would check to see if the drive we wanted was in stock, but he never came back. After waiting another 10 minutes, we left the store empty-handed. On the way out we noticed he was checking out customers and had obviously forgotten about us by the way he glanced at us leaving.

We celebrated the July 4th holiday and I went back to shopping for my drive online today, July 5th. I found the drive available online and Best Buy was my go to choice - unfortunately only available for in-store pickup at this location. We were also shopping for a new laptop and wanted to see our options in person before making a purchase.

I was planning to do my in store pickup & drive all the way to the University Ave location - I’ll admit, I was hesitant to go back after our first experience, but I’m so glad we did.

As soon as we got to the computer department, Liza checked right in with us to see if we needed help. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. She helped us search the open-box inventory and narrow down the best options based on our needs. Once we found one we liked, she brought it out for us to inspect.

Because of the construction, the computer and box were pretty dusty. It was also a little above our original budget, so we were hoping there might be a little flexibility on the price. Liza spoke with her supervisor, Cordell, who was already busy helping other customers. Once finished He took the time to look everything over, agreed the condition warranted an adjustment, and was able to work with us on the price.

While Cordell was taking care of that, Liza ran to grab our SSD pickup order so we could complete everything in one transaction. We also needed to switch the purchase to a different rewards account, which added another layer of complexity, but neither of them skipped a beat. They handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness.

To top it off, our gamer son decided he wanted a new monitor while we were there. Even though it wasn’t part of our original plan, Liza and Cordell took the time to help us compare options and make a smart choice without ever making us feel rushed.

What really stood out was that they had no idea we’d had such a disappointing experience just two days earlier. They didn’t know they were changing our opinion of the store—they were simply providing exceptional customer service. We walked in expecting another frustrating visit and walked out genuinely happy.

Liza and Cordell completely turned our experience around. They were professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and went above and beyond to help us stay within our budget while making sure we left with exactly what we needed. They truly made all three of our day.
