“Let me tell y’all about this place right here. On a breezy Saturday morning. I sat in my son’s room and stared at his Xbox that had not been working for nearly 5 months. I wanted to take it to the place that previously worked on it. But, they were closed due to new hours of operation. My wife, thankfully found this place. And to my surprise, they not only were able to repair the Xbox for a reasonable price. They fixed it the same day!!! Store opens at 9 am. And I got the call at 10:30 am to pick up the Xbox. It is working perfectly now and my kid couldn’t be happier!! I will definitely be going back for repairs on other technology devices. Thank you CPR. Y’all are awesome in my book!”

Steve did all the hard stuff, and let me just point and grunt “me want orange phone” and the Steve magically got me an orange phone, and the set everything up, transferred everything, and helped us set up another phone for a child (ours, not a random one.) all in all, Steve is awesome”

“Great staff! So helpful and willing to work with people...if you can be respectful and understanding yourself that is. Several options to get your loans. Cash (at times, dangerous to keep that around), checks, loading onto a prepaid card they have, and others. Several ways to meet one's needs, just ask for your preference. Worth a stop if in need and better than other options imho.”
“Devon was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We encountered a lot of hiccups with the system and it took a long time to fix, but Devon handled everything beautifully and was so kind, courteous, and respectful along the way. We bounced so many numbers at him trying to figure out costs including suddenly adding another person into the plan, and he was extremely adaptable and efficient. He made the process as smooth as he could given the circumstances and overall provided a level of service that I haven’t experienced in a long time, especially at a place like a phone store. I sincerely hope he gets some sort of recognition for being professional, personable, adaptable, and an expert in his field.”
“I typically dread going into the cell phone store bc whatever issue or question I have, it always seems to end up with me paying more money and not being satisfied. Well that streak ended recently when I went to the US Cellular store on valley west drive in West Des Moines. The gentleman that took care of me was named Wya Lukery. He was professional, courteous and most importantly he was efficient in handling my issue and resolving it quickly. I walked out with a new phone since I broke mine with no insurance and a case for $32 owned outright. I'm a prepaid customer so this wasn't with a new 2 yr contract. This was a huge discount and I'm so appreciative of him for helping me out. Make sure you ask for him next time you stop in

“I recently bought an iPad from the Apple Store. Had an awesome experience with Pragulnath! He was patient and personable while helping me sort out a Boost Mobile issue when I was trying to buy a phone. He went the extra mile to make sure everything worked out and even helped me pick out an iPad. This process took at least 50 minutes and he stayed through all of it. Store is overall friendly but could help customers in a hurry.”
