“Let me tell y’all about this place right here. On a breezy Saturday morning. I sat in my son’s room and stared at his Xbox that had not been working for nearly 5 months. I wanted to take it to the place that previously worked on it. But, they were closed due to new hours of operation. My wife, thankfully found this place. And to my surprise, they not only were able to repair the Xbox for a reasonable price. They fixed it the same day!!! Store opens at 9 am. And I got the call at 10:30 am to pick up the Xbox. It is working perfectly now and my kid couldn’t be happier!! I will definitely be going back for repairs on other technology devices. Thank you CPR. Y’all are awesome in my book!”

“I needed a repair claim filed. I did my own online & it said it was denied. That we didn't have coverage. Went into the Douglas T Mobile location. The Manager Jen N was a huge help! She contacted Assurant & spent a significant amount of time ensuring that the claim was entered correctly & that I was able to get local repair, as I am allowed per our insurance plan, instead of a new phone which would have included a deductible.

He is one knowledgeable young man. he helped me with everything I needed even explained some things to me that I didn’t understand went over even the fact that they carry in-home Internet now that’s not interruptible. “We went to your store to get a new I-Phone and transfer service from my husband's Samsong phone to my old I-phone.
The process became complicated because we didn't bring several of our passwords and account numbers with us (our fault ).
Shelby Jay took care of us and her patientce with us and diligence in finding our passwords and account numbers
was so appreciated!
We are an older couple and electronics are sometime difficult for us but Shelby took the time to explain everything in detail and in a way we could understand.

“Professional and quick. He helped fixed a replacement phone for a reasonable price and same day after it had been damaged. I didn't have my old damaged phone backed up either and he helped me it to a point where it would be able to backup contacts, phone numbers, and messages so I could transfer them to my new phone. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone who has a cracked screen.”

“Target Merle Hay is a-ok. Smaller version of the "super" Target that is only 5 min away. The layout of this location is different from the rest. It's also located and attached to the mall. Grocery can be found here. This location had some items in stock that others would be fully stocked. Nice collection of everything that a larger store would have: Opalhouse, Hearth and Hand, seasonal clothing brands, vegan items, electronics, bikes. I can tell they stock less of the items due to space. Service is ok. I tend to see same cashiers and customer service managers. I hardly come here but I have found that if other locations are out of something, I can find it here via Target app. Drive up pick up is offered here. Parking lot can be crazy. Layout is similar to others in DSM but just smaller.”
“Great staff! So helpful and willing to work with people...if you can be respectful and understanding yourself that is. Several options to get your loans. Cash (at times, dangerous to keep that around), checks, loading onto a prepaid card they have, and others. Several ways to meet one's needs, just ask for your preference. Worth a stop if in need and better than other options imho.”

“Devon was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We encountered a lot of hiccups with the system and it took a long time to fix, but Devon handled everything beautifully and was so kind, courteous, and respectful along the way. We bounced so many numbers at him trying to figure out costs including suddenly adding another person into the plan, and he was extremely adaptable and efficient. He made the process as smooth as he could given the circumstances and overall provided a level of service that I haven’t experienced in a long time, especially at a place like a phone store. I sincerely hope he gets some sort of recognition for being professional, personable, adaptable, and an expert in his field.”

“Writing this review to Give Emma at the Waukee location a huge shout out. We did opt to leave T-Mobile for coverage issues, and when we were trying to port things out we had so many issues. I went into the store and she was polite, diligent with customer service lines outside of her control, and made sitting at a cell phone store bearable. It was busy on a Saturday and she kept her cool, was getting people checked in, and although I could tell she was getting frustrated, she stayed calm and kind to customers.”

“Not this store's fault, but lots of issues getting new phone and watch. Was there 3.5 hrs and then had to come back due to no Google Pixel 4 watch to be had online or anywhere. I had to buy the Pixel phone ahead of knowing this as they thought it was just a software issue. I was later told there were no Pixel 4 watches anywhere. So now I have to buy a Samsung watch. I would have bought a Samsung phone had I have known that prior. Frustrating. Guys at the store tried to help but were unable to. So now I will have a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL phone and a Samsung watch. Ugh!”
“We got a phone and took it into the store and Celone helped us set it up and since it was iOS back to Android he worked diligently to make sure all the contacts and everything worked before sending us on our way.
