“Chase did a great job helping me upgrade my phone along with assisting other clients. He was helpful and answered my questions in a concise straightforward manner. Overall great experience.”

“Pleasant & efficient staff. Clear communication about what is needed, time frame & cost of repair. Doesn't try to sell you something if you don't need it. I've been a customer for several years at the VJ location, & have always received stellar service. Two of those visits have been for charging port issues. Each time the port was inspected & cleaned, no replacement needed.”

“Great place for repairs and data recoveries. They recovered data from my iPhone dropped in a salt water pool with a quick turnaround. Thank you very much for helping me and going back to check things over. Will recommend to family and friends.”

“Upgraded to an IPhone 17max and changed plans. CJ took care of me, he did a better job than any Verizon rep I’ve ever had. I am 💯 pleased with the entire process.”

210 Jordan Creek Pkwy Ste 170, West Des Moines IA 50266
“After a horrible 3 part experience at the University Ave location I came here hoping to find a kind, knowledgeable, aware, experienced and honest person. I did! Her name is a Stacey and she was so incredibly helpful. She undid all the wrong done by the reps who fraudulently feature bombed all of my lines and didn’t tell me anything. Thank you Stacey! I hope ATT recognizes what a valuable employee they have because she really stands out amongst their other employees. She should not have to do her own job plus fix the errors of employees from other branches!!!”

1171 25th St, Des Moines IA 50311
“Professional and quick. He helped fixed a replacement phone for a reasonable price and same day after it had been damaged. I didn't have my old damaged phone backed up either and he helped me it to a point where it would be able to backup contacts, phone numbers, and messages so I could transfer them to my new phone. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone who has a cracked screen.”
-
1726 Grand Avenue, West Des Moines IA 50265
“Great staff! So helpful and willing to work with people...if you can be respectful and understanding yourself that is. Several options to get your loans. Cash (at times, dangerous to keep that around), checks, loading onto a prepaid card they have, and others. Several ways to meet one's needs, just ask for your preference. Worth a stop if in need and better than other options imho.”

“The young man that helped us knew his stuff. The reason for only 4 stars was the lack of merchandise. You would think that a Verizon Store located at Jordan Creek would be stocked with more items available. Our family switched providers and had to look elsewhere for our screen protectors.”
-

When I arrived, the service only got better the representative was incredibly professional and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. “Target Merle Hay is a-ok. Smaller version of the "super" Target that is only 5 min away. The layout of this location is different from the rest. It's also located and attached to the mall. Grocery can be found here. This location had some items in stock that others would be fully stocked. Nice collection of everything that a larger store would have: Opalhouse, Hearth and Hand, seasonal clothing brands, vegan items, electronics, bikes. I can tell they stock less of the items due to space. Service is ok. I tend to see same cashiers and customer service managers. I hardly come here but I have found that if other locations are out of something, I can find it here via Target app. Drive up pick up is offered here. Parking lot can be crazy. Layout is similar to others in DSM but just smaller.”

“Heather was very helpful helping me with my new phone. She's very helpful kind and patient. Even made sure I knew how to work my phone before I left. If you have issues with your phone I'd recommend going to the store on Euclid Ave. She's very smart and very helpful 5 golden stars for them”

“We visited the store on Sunday and Ryan provided professional, thorough customer service. We did not feel rushed and he made certain all questions were completely answered before we left. When we first arrived, there were many people waiting. Ryan successfully welcomed and addressed each person as they came in while continuing to work with his customer. A particular customer was elevated and you could sense the tension, but Ryan stayed cool, calm, and collected and managed the situation with professionalism. His regulated approach diffused what could have been an negative situation. I appreciate the service we were provided and look forward to going back if we have any further questions or concerns. I spoke with his manager, Sam, before I left to express my sincere gratitude. Sam was extremely polite and appreciative. Thank you, Sam & Ryan, for making our experience a positive one!”

“Who knew when K-Mart went out of business that Target, a neighborhood staple, would become a go to store for incidentals. Well, it has. It's like your good neighbor you could rely on for odds and ends. Why? While pulling out the Christmas decorations, I could not find the wreath door hanger or the Christmas tree skirt--so laying a finger -- to side of my nose -- off to Target I will go. It is somewhat early and the roomy parking lot is full--masking up here I go. The aisles are orderly and the holiday prices are amazing! There are all sorts of bargains. Yet, as I stick to my list and sort through the possibilities, I am satisfied with an in and a quick out. Friendly staff, $ good prices, clean, roomy aisle, and everyone adhering to the Governor's Proclamation "to wear your mask, six feet distance and stay of good cheer as we navigate the pandemic. Least I forget they also have Pick Up Lanes, which you may be familiar with -- when you order on line -- you can park and wait for a representative to bring your retail to the car or go to the service counter-- give them your name or ticket number --and they will locate your order and out the door you go. Pretty simple. Anything you want just go to target. com--support local!”

“The 1st thing to remember is that everyone is struggling with staff and to be kind to the staff who are there in trying to help people. I found that staff were more than willing to help me and most of the time would actually walk me to an area that I had questions about rather then just give me a general directions and send me on my way. The store was clean and well organized and staff were wearing masks and they had screens up to protect their cashiers all things that show me that they're caring about their employees. Target has all kinds of products that are appropriate for young families. My particular area of interest is their paper products and groceries. It's where I go to get my bulk paper towels and my bulk Kleenex. This particular target has t grocery area and they have all the items that you could ever need. They have high quality in the fresh food, frozen food and dry goods. They have a great beverage selection including water. Health drinks and wine and alcohol. I find that I can usually get in-and-out in a very timely manner.”

“I love Target in general, but this Target is one of the best ones I've been in. It's clean and organized every single time I come here. Staff is super friendly and helpful.I never have issues finding anything. Shelf's are always stocked. The parking lot isn't crazy chaotic and the carts are constantly being picked up and brought back in. They have a beautiful Starbucks inside as well. They are fast with pick ups.Definitely one of the best Targets available.”

“Paul A. really knows how to provide great customer service. Sadly I was one of those people that just had to show up in the last 15 min :/. My phone broke the day before and I needed help connecting my new phone to my t-mobile. I apologized for showing up last min and he didn’t go out of his way to make me feel bad for it. He had a great attitude and mad conversation when helping me. I don’t recommend ever going to a place like t-mobile during the last 20 min tbh but things happen. I didn’t end up leaving the stove until 10 min after closing, and I really do appreciate Paul for taking time to help me.”

“Joshua was exceptionally helpful in activating multiple phone lines and porting our numbers from AT&T to T-Mobile, both in person and remotely. He went above and beyond by explaining the 'Keep and Switch' promotions, helping us use rebates to pay off our existing devices smoothly.”

3801 Merle Hay Road, Des Moines IA 50310
“Cole was absolutely amazing tonight! He helped my wife and I get new phones and transfer her over to my phone plan. I juggled talking to him and talking to customer support(which was not great) but Cole made sure he took care of us while making sure others were taken care of while I was figuring stuff out with customer support! 5/5 for Cole and his friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond!”

“Just wanted to say thank you to the staff of Verizon (University Ave, and Jordan Creek) whom I worked with today to get my 93 old mother an updated 5G phone. Truly amazing, kind, helpful, professional - each and every one. Just when I thought good service was a thing of the past - I found an oasis of excellence in Verizon today (two stores and one person on phone). Thank you sincerely - your help and exemplary service is deeply appreciated!”
