“Let me tell y’all about this place right here. On a breezy Saturday morning. I sat in my son’s room and stared at his Xbox that had not been working for nearly 5 months. I wanted to take it to the place that previously worked on it. But, they were closed due to new hours of operation. My wife, thankfully found this place. And to my surprise, they not only were able to repair the Xbox for a reasonable price. They fixed it the same day!!! Store opens at 9 am. And I got the call at 10:30 am to pick up the Xbox. It is working perfectly now and my kid couldn’t be happier!! I will definitely be going back for repairs on other technology devices. Thank you CPR. Y’all are awesome in my book!”

“Professional and quick. He helped fixed a replacement phone for a reasonable price and same day after it had been damaged. I didn't have my old damaged phone backed up either and he helped me it to a point where it would be able to backup contacts, phone numbers, and messages so I could transfer them to my new phone. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone who has a cracked screen.”

“Great staff! So helpful and willing to work with people...if you can be respectful and understanding yourself that is. Several options to get your loans. Cash (at times, dangerous to keep that around), checks, loading onto a prepaid card they have, and others. Several ways to meet one's needs, just ask for your preference. Worth a stop if in need and better than other options imho.”
“Target Merle Hay is a-ok. Smaller version of the "super" Target that is only 5 min away. The layout of this location is different from the rest. It's also located and attached to the mall. Grocery can be found here. This location had some items in stock that others would be fully stocked. Nice collection of everything that a larger store would have: Opalhouse, Hearth and Hand, seasonal clothing brands, vegan items, electronics, bikes. I can tell they stock less of the items due to space. Service is ok. I tend to see same cashiers and customer service managers. I hardly come here but I have found that if other locations are out of something, I can find it here via Target app. Drive up pick up is offered here. Parking lot can be crazy. Layout is similar to others in DSM but just smaller.”

“We visited the store on Sunday and Ryan provided professional, thorough customer service. We did not feel rushed and he made certain all questions were completely answered before we left. When we first arrived, there were many people waiting. Ryan successfully welcomed and addressed each person as they came in while continuing to work with his customer. A particular customer was elevated and you could sense the tension, but Ryan stayed cool, calm, and collected and managed the situation with professionalism. His regulated approach diffused what could have been an negative situation. I appreciate the service we were provided and look forward to going back if we have any further questions or concerns. “Paul A. really knows how to provide great customer service. Sadly I was one of those people that just had to show up in the last 15 min :/. My phone broke the day before and I needed help connecting my new phone to my t-mobile. I apologized for showing up last min and he didn’t go out of his way to make me feel bad for it. He had a great attitude and mad conversation when helping me. I don’t recommend ever going to a place like t-mobile during the last 20 min tbh but things happen. I didn’t end up leaving the stove until 10 min after closing, and I really do appreciate Paul for taking time to help me.”

“Not this store's fault, but lots of issues getting new phone and watch. Was there 3.5 hrs and then had to come back due to no Google Pixel 4 watch to be had online or anywhere. I had to buy the Pixel phone ahead of knowing this as they thought it was just a software issue. I was later told there were no Pixel 4 watches anywhere. So now I have to buy a Samsung watch. I would have bought a Samsung phone had I have known that prior. Frustrating. Guys at the store tried to help but were unable to. So now I will have a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL phone and a Samsung watch. Ugh!”
