Staff on their phones, opened 2 hours late, overcharged us, overall not a pleasant experience

Be prepared to wait in line for the dressing room in excess of an hour in the weeks leading up to any high school event. I’d buy 6 dresses and return 5 but they don’t even allow returns! One person working today at the mall.
