“I've only visited once, but had a great experience! My mom blew her master cylinder in her Ford Edge. We needed it replaced ASAP, and this was the only parts store that had it on hand. My mom called ahead and spoke to an employee (I believe his name was Kyle), at least 2 times through the day. When I arrived to grab the part, Kyle already had it out and ready to go. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. He found the correct part, exactly what we needed, no issues! I really appreciate the kindness and help during a stressful repair project!”
“Had my battery tested here which tested ok. The gentleman thought that I may have a parasitic draw that was draining my battery. I took my truck to a shop and indeed was a parasitic draw. My light in my back seat was in between on and off so even though my light wasn't on it was still draining my battery. Good job batteries plus!”
“I went to pickup a battery yesterday for my truck. It was a warranted replacement battery. I just wanted to say thank you to the sale assistant manager Dustin for going above and beyond for finding the battery for me. Dustin is very professional and he will help with anything you needed. Also, I would like to say thank you to Matthew, a sale person for getting me the extra fob key for my truck. Unfortunately, it was not programable to my truck because it was locked out by the dealer. But I'm still very satisfied with Matthew for being very professional the whole time. I would highly recommended 'Battery Plus' for all your battery needs and everything else. “I was passing thru, had to stop across the street for business. When I came out to my car. IT WAS DEAD! NOT KNOWING ANYONE.. I look up and see O'REILLYS! So I took a chance to call and ask if they could help! THEY DID!! THE MANAGER WAS SUPER NICE AND SENT A WORKER OVER WITH A JUMP PACK!! THEY ARE SO NICE! I NEVER THOUGHT THEYD HELP IN THIS WAY! “I Stopped in for four 6-volt agm batteries for our RV. The guy working was named Q. He helped me get exactly what I needed in a way that was most economical. He loaded the batteries in my Jeep and took the core batteries back. It was a great end to the long process of deciding what batteries to purchase and I was pleased with the outcome. Thanks Q, and I’ll be back should the need arise.”
“I Had a major phone screen malfunction to the point I didn't think it was salvageable. I purchased a new phone thinking that all my info was lost due to being inoperable. I did a google search of phone repair and read a few reviews and I settled on batteries plus u break we fix on army post road because the reviews talked about a lady being pleasant and very helpful. That ladies name was destiny. I knew when I walked in the door I was in the right place. I was greeted with a how can we help you and big smile. I gave her the phone and my info and she assured me they would get it done. Two days go by and I get a call from Josh that screen was there and he was needing a couple extra parts. Again he was very pleasant to deal with and explained extra cost. Received a call today that my phone was done and works like new and all info is intact took 4 days due to having to order parts. “I don’t usually think of an auto parts store as a place that inspires a great review, but my experience at O’Reilly’s absolutely did. The young gentleman working the counter was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He helped me find exactly the parts I needed and even took the time to share some helpful tips and tricks for when I install them. He was patient, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I felt confident about the purchases. If all auto parts runs were like this, I might start enjoying them.”

“Austin and Rob helped me find the exact part I needed for my friends Chevy Trax! It was even in stock! I was blown away by how easy it was to get this what seemed like obscure part. I got a Chevy 2019 Turbocharger Bypass Solenoid for the 1.4 Ecotec engine. Anywho they did a great job, great store good prices for what I needed. Austin even helped me locate the solenoid on the vehicle. (Something I couldn’t do)”
“Shawn the manager and Tony are the best help I have ever had going into any auto parts store, he made me feel very comfortable, gave me options on the filter’s and did not try to up-sell me… Shawn came out and checked my oil for me and said that it wasn’t extremely low and I could last until my next oil change. Then Tony spent his time in the freezing cold changing both of my headlights which were a pain for him to change! It’s a little intimidating sometimes dealing with these kinds of things but they made me feel at ease. THANK YOU Shawn and Tony, much appreciated.”
“The staff at this location is always helpful in finding a part you might need. They'll look up the part and direct you to the correct item. For small things like windshield wiper or easy headlight replacements, they've always been willing to assist in these installs as well.Prices here range a lot, but they do sell car items, which have prices controlled by manufacturers more than them, so this is mostly outside their control.”
