315 East Madison Street, WintersetI had a very good experience with Dr. Jim Pottebaum and the staff. I brought my kitten in for his first veterinary visit, and Dr. Pottebaum took the time to talk with me, answer my questions, and explain what my kitten needed.
He received his vaccinations and deworming medication during the visit. He was pretty sleepy afterward, but his appetite returned and he was back to himself. I gave him his flea and tick treatment the following day as recommended.
I really appreciated the time Dr. Pottebaum spent discussing my kitten’s care with me. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling comfortable with the plan going forward. Everything went very well, and Timo and I will definitely use Dr. Pottebaum again and recommend him to others looking for a caring and knowledgeable veterinarian.

I have used Kawa for both training and boarding and have always walked away feeling confident and comfortable in the treatment of myself and my dogs. Not to mention, they have the most beautiful slice of Madison County for your dogs to frolic and play in.
