“The email asked for a rating, but it also said I returned the truck first thing Friday instead of last thing Thursday. Then it said zero balance due, but I didn't get the 300 refunded to the credit card yet. As long as I wasn't charged for an extra day and the full 300 comes back, then they get 5 stars. 👍 They should probably wait a few days before they give people the link to make a review.”

“I accidentally made my pickup reservation for 5:00 p.m., not realizing the Olathe branch closes at 5:00. Despite that, Jake gladly stayed late to help me with my reservation, and I really appreciated the extra effort. He was friendly, thorough, professional, and made the entire pickup process easy.
The truck itself was exactly what I needed and drove perfectly. When I returned it, Graham checked me back in and provided equally outstanding service. He was efficient, personable, and made an already great experience even better. Outstanding customer service from start to finish!”
