“Lisandro at the AT&T 11661 E. KELLOGG AVENUE was 5 for professionalism and courtesy. I also spoke to a member of their staff on the phone prior to my visit who took the time to check and then answer my questions. I give a 1 for AT&T’s change in policy a month ago of making customers who bought their iPhone there and use their service to have to access online customer service to request a replacement screen protector for mailing in order to get the $10 replacement deal. The replacement in store, if they have it, costs $45 if the customer chooses to not take the steps to go online, wait, to have their damaged screen protector replaced.”
