This Cricket authorized dealer has always given me best customer service. She helped me set up my new phone, and I went back today and had my old phone unlocked so that I can give that to my granddaughter and she was very helpful with that as well. “The rep was awesome but their service they use to go through financing is very inappropriate. They took all my info and then said they could not verify my id and wouldn't tell me why. They ran my credit and that was fine they kept telling me they can't identify me . They would.not allow me.to.speak to a supervisor and they did the same to the rep. He did try to get them to do their job and they would.not. will not do business there again due to their second party partner. Higher rate because the rep was awesome.”
